  • How to do online shopping?

    You can search desired product at ASTALIFT website, choose the product and click “Add to shopping bag”. Follow the step , fill up the form until final step. E- Receipt will be sent to your email inbox automatically when payment is success. If you didn’t receive the e-receipt, please email to info@astalift.com.hk for enquiry.

  • How to pay?

    ASTALIFT website accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Alipay HK, UnionPay and Octopus for payment. You can 1. Fully paid to the order. 2. Paid to the order with bonus point. (Attention, if the order paid by bonus point that will not gain extra bonus point.)

  • How to calculate my bonus point?

    Bonus point can only be earned by ASTALIFT member, so you have to register as an ASTALIFT member before shopping. You can earn 1 point for every HK$100 spending. In addition, get extra 20 points if you purchase ASTALIFT SKINCARE REFILL product (not included Make Up series).

  • What situation will not be issued bonus points:

    1. The order is paid by bonus point. 2. The order is partially paid by bonus point. 3. The shipping fee of the order. 4. The shipping fee of the order of product trial. 5. Non-member will not be issued bonus points.

  • How long is my bonus point valid?

    Your member bonus point is accumulated from 1 April to 31 March of the subsequent year. If you do not use their bonus point within this period, the bonus point will be forfeited without being compensated. Bonus point can NOT be claimed through next year.

  • Terms and conditions of bonus point redemption

    Bonus points cannot be exchanged to cash, product or discount. Redemption items are in limited supply and available while stocks last. The photos of the redemption items are for reference only. For the redemption items or services provided by the suppliers or merchants, ASTALIFT does not bear any responsibilities and therefore does not accept any refund/return/exchange requests. Bonus points will be deducted immediately when finished order; all redemption order cannot be changed or refunded once order is completed. If there is any disputes, ASTALIFT reserves the right of final decision.

  • What should I pay attention before buying drink package?

    A package of the drink supplement is classified as “physical goods” and “e-coupon”. Buy the “physical goods” of drink is requested to collect all products at the same time or you can choose local delivery service that can avoid collection difficulties.Buy “e-coupon” of drinks can be separated redemption in difference day. You can also choose to receive products at Fotomax shop or use delivery service but shipping fee maybe requested if product value below HK$800.

  • Expiration of “e-coupon” of drink package?

    e-coupon valid redemption period is as follow (from the date of purchase): 15 boxes get 3 boxes Offer ( 7 months) / 12 boxes get 2 boxes Offer (6 months ) / 9 boxes get a box Offer (5 months)

  • Terms and Condition for “e-coupon” of drink package?

    1. E-Coupon only applies to use at ASTALIFT online shop.2. When payment process completed, member can login “Member Area” for checking e-Coupon status, valid date and redeem Drinks products.3. E-Coupon can only be used on or before the validity period, it will be invalid after the expiry date.4. All redemptions are non-exchangeable for cash and/or other goods and gifts. 5. In case of any disputes, ASTALIFT reserves the right of the final decision.

  • What can I do if my computer suddenly shot down during the payment procedure?

    If you suddenly close the winder during payment procedure, your member account maybe locked by system. This is the protection system to protect customer’s benefits. Please login again after 1 hour, if this problem still occurs, please call our customer service hotline.
